Tiimely, formerly Tic:Toc, saw a problem—slow, manual home loan assessments. To solve this, they launched XAI Validate, an AI-driven solution that automated data validation, enabling faster, more efficient lending decisions without compromising credit quality.

With XAI Validate, Tiimely’s home-lending business saw an 85% boost in efficiency, reducing loan approval times to under an hour. This innovation streamlined lending, eliminated delays, and delivered a seamless, stress-free borrowing experience—setting a new standard for automated loan processing.

Requirements and My Role

As a Product Designer, my role was to bridge the gap between automation and human-centered design. I conducted user research, created personas, and mapped workflows to align the product with user needs. I designed intuitive UX/UI interfaces that ensured clarity and usability while making automated decisions interpretable and trustworthy. Collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders, I helped shape a product that balanced efficiency with user confidence. Through usability testing and iterative design, I refined the experience to enhance adoption and engagement. My focus on usability, transparency, and efficiency played a key role in making XAI Validate a powerful and user-friendly lending solution.
