VFS Global is the world's largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide. The company manages administrative and non-judgmental tasks related to visa, passport, identity management and other citizen services for its client governments enabling them to focus entirely on the critical task of assessment.
My Role
We had to create experiences for three distinct roles: Applicants/Customers, VFS Employees, and Government officials. I led the team in designing the customer-facing experience for the application. Along with a team member, I conducted user research, found insights, created personas and journey maps and developed solutions up to the wireframe stage. Furthermore, I guided the team in interface design and the creation of the design system.
